Q. What are Check-In / Check-Out Times?
A. Check-In is strictly from 2.30pm / Check-Out by 11.30am
Q. Can we Check In earlier if attending a Wedding?
A. As guests do not Check Out until 11.30am and the rooms required to be serviced, it is not possible to have access to the rooms before 2.30pm.
Q. At what time is breakfast served?
A. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am. For early departures a continental breakfast can be arranged and loaded into the room fridge on the evening prior.
Q. Are there parking facilities at the hotel?
A. The hotel has its own large car park
Q. Can we supply our own drinks?
A. No. All food and drinks taken on the premises must be supplies by the hotel
Q. How do we get home?
A. It is important to note that pre-booking of late taxis is essential. Biggar has very limited taxi facilities after 10pm on any evening.
Please note, unless you are resident the hotel locks up at 1am
Q. Is it permitted to hire our own Wedding Co-ordinator?
A. No. We have our own in-house Wedding Co-ordinator
Q. Can you walk into Biggar from the hotel?
A. If you enjoy walking the distance is less than 2 miles
Q. Are infants allowed in the Restaurants?
A. Yes until 6.30pm. Highchairs are provided
Q. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A. Pets are not allowed
Q. Which Credit Cards are accepted?
A. Visa – Mastercard – Maestro – Delta
Q. Are ironing facilities available?
A. We do not have an ironing service. However, all rooms are equipped with an Iron and board
